HIGHLIGHTS: San Jose Earthquakes vs. D.C. United | April 2, 2016
The San Jose Earthquakes were able to find some of that late Goonie magic once again, with a late equalizer to draw DC United 1-1. Giving up that late goal puts United at five MLS games without a victory.
DC United got on the scoreboard first when Lamar Neagle hit Patrick Nyarko with a perfect cross from the flank. Chris Rolfe got the play started just past the half hour mark finding Neagle out on the wing after United recovered the ball in their own half.
San Jose were not to be denied a point. In the 88', Shea Salinas sent in a cross from deep that found a sliding Adam Jahn who bounced one in past Travis Worra.
