Video Review: Sporting Kansas City awarded penalty after review

In the 8th minute of the Week 30 match between Sporting Kansas City and the Vancouver Whitecaps, referee Baldomero Toledo ordered a Video Review after awarding a free kick to Sporting Kansas City for a foul committed by Vancouver defender Kendall Waston to ascertain the location of the foul.

Following Video Review, it was determined that Waston had committed a foul inside the penalty area. After receiving this information from the VAR, Toledo awarded a penalty kick to Sporting Kansas City instead of a free kick outside the area.
