The two sides played out to a 0-0 draw with all eyes on #WondoWatch, which will continue to Decision Day presented by AT&T with the Quakes on the road. Wondolowski remains just one goal behind Landon Donovan's MLS all-time record mark of 145. He started, played the full 90 minutes and attempted eight shots, all off target. The Quakes took 20 shots, only four on target.
San Jose controlled play for much of the first half, though had no goals and few quality chances to show for it. The Rapids came closest to breaking the deadlock in the first half when Shkelzen Gashi pushed a loose ball wide from 12 yards out.
Quakes' 16-year-old Homegrown Gilbert Fuentes made his MLS debut, coming off the bench in the 89th minute. Rapids' 17-year-old Homegrown Cole Bassett earned his second start of the season in the midfield as well, playing 84 minutes.
